We have a beautiful playground specifically designed for the little ones, Astro turf, bike track, tree swing, sandpit, treehouse, blow up pools, jungle gym and many more fun activities provided.

Included with hire (standard):
The venue may be hired in the mornings (Saturdays) from 9:00am to 12:00pm and in the afternoons from 2:00pm to 17:00pm .
On Sundays from 10:00am to 13:00.

Cherry Lane Baby Shower Package
Celebrate your little one in style at Cherry Lane! Our bright, fun, and safe kids’ space is perfect for a family-friendly baby shower where everyone – big and small – can have a magical time.
R4800. Your Baby Shower Experience Includes:

The Venue hire’s maximum capacity is 50 people.
The venue must be vacated by no later than 13.00pm for morning parties and 18:00 pm for afternoon parties.
You are welcome to arrive half an hour before the party in order to set-up.
Please bear in mind that the staff may still be cleaning if you arrive early. Their latest expected cleaning completion time is 30 minutes before the start of your party.
The staff will commence final clean-up of your party at either 12.00 am or 17.00pm.
The venue is for the exclusive use of your party only.
Payment
All payment and deposit details are on the application form.
Please use your surname and party date as reference
Indemnity
The party parent is required to complete the application form before the party. This forms part of the booking form and is essential that it is to be signed and mailed back.
Alcoholic beverages
Cherry Lane is not a licensed venue, but you are most welcome to bring along your own limited alcoholic beverages and ice.
Catering
The party parent is more than welcome to bring their own catering. However, we also have an excellent Catering company with food platters at an additional fee.
Tipping of staff
Tipping of staff is entirely at your discretion.
Music
Music is allowed, however please be considerate towards our surrounding small shops.
Important T&Cs
Party Booking & Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking.
The remaining balance is payable 7 days prior to the event.
Cancellation Policy
• More than 14 days’ notice: Deposit is forfeited
• 7–14 days’ notice: 50% of the total fee is payable (deposit retained)
• Less than 7 days’ notice: 100% of the total fee is payable
Weather Policy
As our parties are primarily outdoors, no refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.
In the case of unsuitable or extreme weather, clients will be offered one reschedule (subject to availability), to be used within 2 months of the original booking date.
Rescheduling
One date change is permitted with at least 7 days’ notice and is subject to availability.
Any further changes or cancellations will result in forfeiture of all payments made.
No-Shows / Late Arrivals
Failure to arrive for the scheduled booking will result in forfeiture of the full fee.
Late arrivals will not extend the allocated party time, and the event will still conclude at the scheduled time.
